JUNE 27 & 28, 2026
Today’s liturgy reminds us that discipleship is a joyful and generous response to God’s call. As we gather singing “Come, Christians, Join to Sing,” we unite our voices in praise, proclaiming the goodness of the Lord, just as the Psalm declares: “Forever I will sing the goodness of the Lord.”
In the Gospel Acclamation, we are reminded that we are God’s chosen people, called out of darkness into His marvelous light. This calling challenges us to live our faith through love and service. Therefore, at the Offertory, we pray through “Christians, Let Us Love One Another,” offering our hearts and lives to God.
As we receive Christ in Holy Communion, “Whatsoever You Do” reminds us that every act of kindness and mercy toward others is an act of love for Christ Himself. Nourished by His presence, we are then sent forth with “The Spirit Sends Us Forth,” commissioned to bring God’s goodness, love, and light into the world.
May we answer God’s call with faithful hearts and joyful spirits, singing forever of His goodness. Amen. 🎶🙏🏻
