Fourth Sunday of Lent

Music Reflection – Fourth Sunday of Lent

The Gospel today tells the story of Jesus healing the man born blind, reminding us that Christ is the true light who opens our eyes to faith and truth.

Our music reflects this journey of seeing and believing. Be Thou My Vision is our prayer for God to guide our sight and our hearts. At the offertory, Open My Eyes echoes the desire of the blind man—to see the Lord more clearly and recognize His presence in our lives. In O Sacrament Most Holy, we adore Christ truly present in the Eucharist, the light who heals and nourishes us. Finally, We Are the Light of the World sends us forth to share that light with others.

Like the man once blind, may we allow Christ to open our eyes so that we may walk in His light.
